At Alex Moto Wears, we usually process orders within 1 business day. If your item is in stock, we’ll ship it immediately after payment confirmation. For faster delivery and your convenience, we may also dispatch orders directly from our overseas factory to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Requirements
A valid physical address and a contact phone number are required for shipping. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or non-physical military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide an alternate address where your order can be delivered.

Exchange / Returns
At Alex Moto Wears, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the most stylish, innovative, and high-quality products. We never compromise on quality or make false promises, and our clear policies are designed to keep you informed before making a purchase.
We gladly accept returns on all items, aiming to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Our standard return policy allows returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to faulty items, as well as unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging along with any included documentation.
We kindly ask that you take reasonable care of your purchased items while they are in your possession. You may inspect or try them on as you would in our store, but please ensure that tags remain attached and the original packaging is retained.
International Return Policy
For returns from outside the UK, please complete a customs declaration accurately, indicating that the package contains ‘returned goods’.
If we do not receive order confirmation from you within 24 hours, we will consider the order confirmed and begin processing. Please note that no changes to the product, color, or measurements can be made after this 24-hour period, as the order will already be in production.
Requests for order cancellation or refunds will incur a 6% deduction from the total order amount to cover credit card processing fees.
Before shipping, our Quality Control team carefully inspects each product to ensure it matches exactly what you ordered from our website. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement with expedited shipping at no extra cost. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at info@alexmotowears.com with details of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
