3.1 Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full before production can begin. No manufacturing or processing will start until complete payment is received.
3.2 Custom Sizing: For made-to-measure products, if measurements are not taken by Alexmotowears staff, the customer is required to sign a Self-Measurement Responsibility and Liability Acknowledgment before production proceeds.
3.3 Production & Delivery Timelines: Delivery estimates are provided at the time of purchase for reference only and are not guaranteed. Any significant changes to estimated timelines will be communicated without delay.
3.4 Order Modifications: Once production has started, any changes to design, sizing, or logos may not be possible. If changes are approved, they may result in revised delivery timelines and additional charges.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Your Right to Cancel:
You are entitled to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period as outlined in Section 4.3. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@alexmotowears.com and include your complete order details for prompt assistance.
4.2 Cancellation Exclusions: The right to cancel does not apply to the following:
Products manufactured to your specific requirements or personalized in any way.
Orders where design or production work has already started (a £50 administration fee may apply).
4.3 Cancellation Timeframe: The cancellation period begins from the date the dispatch confirmation is issued.
4.4 Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items or your official cancellation request.
Delivery charges will be refunded only up to the cost of the lowest standard shipping option.
All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
4.5 Defective or Incorrect Items:
If goods are found to be faulty or not as described, Alexmotowears will provide a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.
4.6 Return of Goods: All returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Return shipping instructions and the correct address will be provided once your return request is confirmed.
